The former Cottle County Jail (1921) now serves as the Paducah Visitor Information Center. Rotating exhibitions of regional history and photographs are on display, along with a permanent exhibition with photographs of Charlie Hart (cousin and chore boy of Quanah Parker, and ranch manager for Tom Burnett) and Quanah Parker and family. The county's giant arrow marker on the Quanah Parker Trail is located just outside, on the grounds.
