From abilenecac.org website: The landmark sculpture is nine feet tall and depicts a bull buffalo standing in the West Texas wind surrounded by waving prairie grasses. “Testing the Texas Wind” is hollow-cast bronze, meaning that there is a cavity in the center of the sculpture. The sculpture contains a bronze heart inside the buffalo, a trademark of this sculptor.
