The Goomalling War Memorial Swimming Pool was erected in memory of the fallen of World War Two. The complex has three pools: a large pool for lap swimming and free play, a shaded baby pool, and a shaded pool suitable for small children.plus a kiosk and playground
On the verge outside the pool is a boulder with a plaque inscribed :-
"This pool is dedicated to the memory of those who made the Supreme Sacrifice in World War II. 1939 -1945.
Lest We Forget"
