S pripravovanou takzvanou velkou brnenskou výlukou v léte 2013 stoupla do popredí i nutnost nejakým zpusobem zlepšit nevábný stav židenického nádraží v Brne. Židenické nádraží se melo stál na dobu témer mesíce nádražím, na kterém budou zastavovat i vlaky EC a mezinárodní expresy. Ceské dráhy pristoupily k tomuto problému dosti svérázným zpusobem. Po revitalizaci prístupové cesty k nástupištím a jejím náterem svetle šedou barvou byli prizváni výtvarníci, kterí zde formou graffity provedli nástennou výmalbu sten s tématikou Brna a jeho zajímavostí. Vznikla tak zde zajímavá obrazová galerie, kterou urcite nekterí cestující si se zájmem prohlédnou.

With the upcoming so-called big Brno lockout in the summer of 2013 has risen to the forefront the need in some way to improve the status uninviting židenického station in Brno. Židenické station had stood for almost moon station, where trains will stop as well as EC and international express. Czech Railways acceded to this problem rather peculiar way. After the revitalization of the access routes to the platforms and the painted light gray invited artists who have performed here in the form of graffiti mural painting of the walls with the theme of Brno and its attractions. This gave rise to an interesting picture gallery here, which certainly some passengers was interested to inspect.
