Across the street from the new Governor George Deukmajian Superior Courthouse and on the side of a fairly new apartment building, right above the patio of a Starbucks on the ground floor. A vertically oriented mural about 4 stories tall, showing a historical seaplane, fishing piers, a historical downtown Long Beach building (the Riviera), a vintage swimsuit beauty contest, sea lions and seabirds, and a breaking wave. The seaplane, a row of flying pelicans, and the water at the bottom are on raised surfaces from the rest of the mural.
