This stone fountain has a semi-circular basin and a column that is rectangular at the base and rounded in the top part. The curved metal pipe resembles an animal head.
It was created in 1836 and erected next to the church. In 1841 the north gate of the city wall was dismantled, and the fountain was moved to the north side of the new toll station at this location in 1844.
