This a traditional wooden fishing boat, placed in these grounds as a decorative element. Although the spot is in a public area, probably the urban landscape is being managed by the nearby hotel. Ironically the boat is not Portuguese although it will surely look like it to the foreigner tourists. It's a Spanish fishing boat.
