In Wells River, along U.S. Route 302, is the Wells River Welcome Center.
The Wells River Welcome Center is on the south side of U.S. 302, about a quarter mile west of the arch bridge over the Connecticut River, which connects Vermont with New Hampshire at Haverhill. There are a few parking spaces right by the center. There is also a small grass area as well as a couple markers.
The center is not listed as one of the official Vermont Tourist Information Centers. I did find a listing on a brochure about this area along the Connecticut River. No hours listed, but other information is as follows:
