From Tinonee the best way is up Dean Creek Road, and then Tinonee Trail. Keep an eye out for any logging action.
This is a concrete pedestal, with a name plate stating "Taree Lookout" !?! (sans post and vanes).
There is also a fire spotting tower next to this trig, which is specified as TS4980, Breakneck Fire Tower. A bit hard to see the element for that one without a bit of contortion.
First visited in 2007, and logged for TP5429 in April 2012.
