DESCRIBED BY OCS 2002 - FOUND 3 3\4" OCS ALUMINUM BENCHMARK DISK STAMPED "3V-9-80", SET IN THE WESTERLY END OF THE SOUTHERLY WHEEL RAIL FOR BRIDGE #SV-12. MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF SILVERADO CANYON ROAD AND A SILVERADO CREEK CROSSING, 4.55 MILES EASTERLY ALONG SILVERADO CANYON ROAD FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH BLACK STAR CANYON ROAD AND 13 FT. SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF SILVERADO CANYON ROAD. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE BRIDGE DECK.
