Petree Plaza is located on the southeast corner of Sunset and Choctaw in downtown El Reno. At the southeast corner of the Plaza stands this large community gazebo.
It is constructed entirely of wood, with eight wood support beams, wood lattice at the roof line, and a wood-shingled roof. A louvered wood cupola also has a shingled roof.
The gazebo is located on a raised concrete platform and is accessed by three wide brick steps. There is no seating, and the flooring is brick.
The plaza is the center of community activities throughout the year, including "Small Town Weekend" in May, and the Christmas tree lighting in December.
