This fallout shelter is located in the now shut-down Nest'le Chocolate factory on Fay street in Fulton, N.Y..
This was the original first chocolate factory that Nest'le started their business with. It was built solely for the purpose of manufacturing chocolate in its many shapes and forms. I looked for a cornerstone with the year the building was built, but was unable to find one. I will research it some more and add more info. as I find it. The capacity was readible on this sign.
