The El Reno Library is housed in a beautiful two-story cream-colored brick building constructed in 1904-1905. The original marble staircase and embossed metal ceilings can still be seen inside. The building is nicely maintained and was placed on the National Register in 1980.
The library is a full-service operation with books, ebooks, audio, DVDs, magazines and newspapers available. They have five Internet access computers and books can be accessed and renewed online. Wireless Internet connection is provided, as well as video conferencing facilities.
There are numerous classes and club activities, including creative writing, yoga, and family history research and many children's programs.
