Dorothy H. Finley Space Gallery within the Pima Air & Space Museum are a number of displays devoted to America's exploration into space. One of the displays here is devoted to a moon rock that was a gift to the museum. The moon rock is encased inside a glass enclosure with verbiage on it that reads:

This is a portion of a lunar sample returned by Apollo 16 Astronauts who traveled to the moon in April 1971.

Below the moon rock display is a small plaque that reads:

Ambassador of Exploration Lunar Sample
Presented to
Pima Air & Space Museum
On behalf of the
National Aeronautics and Space Administration
and
Tucsonan Col. Frank Borman

I spoke with one of the volunteers in the space gallery and he related that this moon rock was insured for a whopping $10 million dollars. Crazy that one small rock can be worth so much but it's available.

Located nearby the moon rock are two samples of asteroids on display. One is named Asteroid "Kleopatra" 216. The other is named Asteroid "Golevka" 6489. A nearby placard highlights these two asteroids in addition to a cast meteorite on display.
