This sculpture consists of two curving eight-inch ribbed tubes of steel with some similarly ribbed ribbon loosely holding it together. The steel sits on a reddish rectangular granite plinth about 10 feet high. A plaque in the sculpture reads:
den Bürgern der Stadt gestiftet von

Heidelberg 1985
this translates to "Citizens of the city Donated by Viktor Dulger"
