Ted Sparko Memorial Easthampton Community Garden was created in 2010 after the Trust for Public land and the Pascommuck Conservation Trust purchased Echodale Farm in 2008. To participate in the community garden, gardeners must use organic methods, and are requested to devote five hours of volunteer labor over the season. You may renew your plots following season. There's a $20 yearly fee to rent a 400-square-foot organic plot, many with raised beds. Water and compost is available.
The community garden offers on site parking. Applications are available on the City of Easthampton website and in the city clerk's office at 50 Payson Ave.
