Capela do Bom Jesus - Torres Novas | A Capela do Bom Jesus foi construída no ano de 1998, graças à persistência da Dona Edite, da Dona Custódia e do Padre Vicente, que durante largos anos foram organizando festas, procissões, missas campais e fazendo peditórios junto da população da aldeia com o fim de angariar dinheiro para a construção desta Capela.
De referir que a capela foi construída graças a estas doações bem como de algum apoio da Camara Municipal de Torres Novas, e sem qualquer apoio financeiro da parte da Igreja Católica.
Ainda hoje Capela é cuidada e arranjada gratuitamente pela população.
As missas nesta Capela realizam-se aos Sábados à tarde.
| The Chapel of Bom Jesus was built in 1998 , thanks to the persistence of Dona Edit , Dona Custody and Father Vincent , who for many years have been organizing parties , processions, camp masses and making peditórios with the village population in order to raise money to build this chapel .
It should be noted that the chapel was built thanks to these donations as well as some support from the City Hall of Torres Novas, and without any financial support from the Catholic Church.
Today Chapel is cared for and arranged freely by population.
Masses are held in this Chapel on Saturday afternoon.
