Capela do Bom Jesus - Torres Novas

The Chapel of Bom Jesus was built in 1998 , thanks to the persistence of Dona Edit , Dona Custody and Father Vincent , who for many years have been organizing parties , processions, camp masses and making peditórios with the village population in order to raise money to build this chapel .

It should be noted that the chapel was built thanks to these donations as well as some support from the City Hall of Torres Novas, and without any financial support from the Catholic Church.

Today Chapel is cared for and arranged freely by population.

Masses are held in this Chapel on Saturday afternoon.
