A historic stone fountain in the center of Metzerlen.

This fountain is located at the main street in the center of Metzerlen. The fountain has a large octagonal limestone basin and a smaller rectangular one with a rounded side. The column has two pipes and is topped with a stone acorn.
According to the inscription it was built in 1807 and renovated in 1975, but there must have been a predecessing structure since at least 1772.
