Southeast corner of Arch Street Bridge near parking lot. "It is easily accesible by walking on the sidewalk along the east side of Arch street. It is just East of the sidewalk on the other side of the guard rail."

DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1982 IN JOHNSON CITY. IN JOHNSON CITY, IN TOP OF THE EAST END OF THE SOUTH ABUTMENT OF THE ARCH STREET BRIDGE OVER THE CONRAIL RAILROAD, 0.08 KM (0.05 MI) NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN STREET, 7.33 METERS (24.0 FT) EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF ARCH STREET. THE MARK IS 0.18 M ABOVE ARCH STREET.

There is currently construction on the bridge and they have the benchmark circled in orange paint. You can still get to it from the parking lot and the sidewalk.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
