"Die Krönung des Brunnhauses stellt der zurückgesetzte Salinen-Kapellenbau mit seiner dominierenden Fensterrosette und den farbig glasierten Ziegelflächen des Spitzgiebels dar. Die beim Stadtbrand 1834 zerstörte Brunnhauskapelle wurde von dem bedeutendsten Architekten dieser Zeit, Joseph Daniel Ohlmüller, im neubyzantinischen Stil wieder aufgebaut und 1854 durch Erzbischof Graf von Reisach geweiht. Sie besticht durch ihre außergewöhnliche Ausstattung, den barocken Kreuzweg mit 15 Stationen im Treppenhaus, die reiche Ornamentmalerei im Innenraum, den Altar aus weißem Marmor und viele andere bauliche Besonderheiten. 1999-2002 erfolgte eine umfassende Renovierung der Salinenkapelle." The coronation of the Brunnhaus is the recessed saline chapel construction with his dominating rose window and the colored glazed tile surfaces of the pointed gable. The the town fire in 1834 destroyed the saline chapel and was rebuilt by the most important architects of the time, Joseph Daniel Ohlmüller, in neo-Byzantine style and was 1854 consecrated by Archbishop Graf von Reisach. It impresses with its exceptional facilities, the Baroque Calvary with 15 stations in the stairwell, the rich ornament painting in the interior, the altar of white marble and many other structural features. 1999-2002 carried out an extensive renovation of the Saline chapel.
