Tha flag of Eiken was chosen in 1949. The bailiff's mace became the main symbol in the flag because Eiken was the seat of a sub-bailiff in the days it belonged to the Habsburg monarchy. This administrative division also contained three neighboring villages, thus the four ears of wheat, that are also a hint to the local agriculture.
I found this flag in front of the town hall of Eiken, at the parking.
