pametni deska je odélná na výšku z cerné leštené žuly s leptaným portrétem v horní cásti a rytým stríbrným nápisem pod ním.
Je umistena na zdi byvale tovarny na soukromem pozemku, pricemž je slušne videt ze silnice.

Budoval tento podnik. Nemohl
dokonciti zapocate dilo,
nebot v dobe nem. okupace byl
ze sve t orive cinnosti vyrvan
a v r. 1942 zemrel v Dachau."

The memorial plaque is a rectangular portrait of black polished granite etched portrait at the top and engraved silver lettering underneath.
It is located on a former factory walls on private property, and is fairly visible from the road.
