"In cooperation with the VFW, a granite “All Wars” Memorial, including the American flag, honoring all the military services, was designed to be located at the east end of the bridge. The pavement form is a “V” wedge symbolic of warfare. Project was a collaboration with Delta Engineering, Binghamton, NY."

Description of Memorial:
Large black granite stone, larger in the center, lower on each side. Emblems of each of the different services across the bottom. There is a flagpole behind.
