The Texas Trail of Fame website (see link) has a depiction of Mr. Watt, as well as this short biography:
Directed by Amon G. Carter, in 1946, to run a faltering Fort Worth Stock Show, Watt sold his Yellow Cab franchise and said he would do his best for the Stock Show for a year. His determination and iron rule turned out to be immensely successful. He ran the show for 27 years and kept the title of president until his death at age 77. He was inducted into the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame in 1991 for his many contributions to the sport of rodeo.
