This monument has the floral decoration that is common to many zinc markers. The main panel has a set of clasped hands on the plinth, and above, this inscription:

Life
Nov. 20, 1861

The side panels are blank, while the rear panel has an epitaph:

Dear Father, with
reverent hands
This to thy memory
given,
While one by one thy
household band
God reunites in heaven.

Note the remaining three sides of the plinth: Each has an empty banner, ready for some kind of inscription.
