This simple naked man figure is holding a plane overhead in both hands. The name New Wings (Nya Vingar) in Swedish is etched into the base of the sculpture. The sculpture sits on a rectangular granite base. The sculpture resides in the lobby area of the airport.

The sculpture appears to be donated by Swedish Intercontinental Air, from a plaque which reads:
