This classic siren is located on a tower behind the Rio Grande City Fire Department station on the eastern edge of downtown. Blasterz bet you can hear this thing all over downtown.

The siren is a Sterling Model M, which dates from the 1920s. We found an ad for it (with the housing) on eBay: (visit link)
