Marker commemmorates the 30th anniversary of the Grumman Tracker in Canadian military usage. Th marker also commemorates those who died while serving on Trackers in Canada.
The bronze marker is affixed to a concrete base and is located next to the preserved Tracker on display at the Slemon Air Park, located on the grounds of the former CFB Summerside.
