An elegant combined state, federal, and local police, fire, and medical personnel Memorial commemorates the service and sacrifice of those who died while serving the needs of the citizens of Cameron County Texas.

There are many names of US Border Patrol officers listed on this memorial, along with local police officers, and county EMS and firefighters, all of whom perished in the line of duty.

The Memorial is located along E Madison Street at Washington, in downtown Brownsville TX.
