The Town of Olds Cemetery is located just south of Olds on the west side of Highway 2A, the Olds Cemetery is owned and maintained by the Town of Olds.

There are two cemeteries in Olds. The Town of Olds Cemetery is the largest with an area of about 20 acres and located in Mountain View County. There are over 3,500 interments including Veterans located in the Field of Honour. There is a Cross of Sacrifice at this location honouring those veterans.

The population of Olds, in 2014, was 8,617. Established in 1890, the town was named after George Olds a CPR traffic manager.
