In Bolton, along Mass. Route 117, is Pond Park.
The park is located on the south side of Route 117/Main Street, and is east of the Bolton Public Library and west of the Bolton Town Hall. Park along Mechanic Street on the western edge of the park.
I'm not sure of the bounds of the property. The main portion is a grassy area surrounding a shallow retention pond. The north side is bounded by a bridge that carries Route 117 over the brook. To the southeast is a stone-lined raceway where the brook leaves the pond.
In the winter, the town floods the pond and make it into a skating pond.
