This two-up, two-down cottage at 45 King Street has a single stack on its southern end made up of four flues but looking like there are six. The top cowls are modern but the grey/yellow brickwork of the stack is contemporary with the cottage, mid to late C19th. The north-south faces are pierced with lancet-like openings whilst the east-west face piercings are blocked with terra-cotta coloured brick. The top string course is chamfered on both upper and lower surfaces, and the lower 1m has a chamfered top course.
