The three Jessica Lake trails are each a short loop trail beginning at this trailhead. In addition, a trail leads north to Rainbow Falls. This trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail.

Loop B 2.2 km
Loop C 3.4 km
Rainbow Falls 4.0 km (one way)
Limited parking is available at the trailhead, which is directly across the highway from Jessica Lake Lodge.

Hiking is permitted on all trails in summer. In winter, Loops A and C, and the Rainbow Falls trail are used for cross-country skiing while Loop B is used for snowshoeing.
