This view point is located at the hiking path to the ruins of Farnsburg Castle from Buuseregg, where you have parkings and a bus station.
The path leads east and then bends towards the south along a steep cliff. At one location a basic observation point has been created. It is just a bench and some security handrails against the cliffs.
From here you have a great view over the northwestern foothills of the Jurassic range in the cantons Basel-Landschaft and Aargau. It is a peaceful view over several rows of hills with farm land and forest. Despite the visual impression, there are several towns inside the overlooked area, but they are all located at the grounds of the valleys and out of sight.
