"The Town Clerk's office is housed in the Danby Town Hall. Information about town operations is available through this office.
Several services are provided, including issuing and renewal of dog licenses, issuing marriage licenses, and issuing handicap permit "mirror hang tags."
Town and County taxes are collected at this office from January 2 through March 31.
There is also a Notary in service at this office.
Open hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am-Noon.
Saturday hours are extended to 10:00am-1:00pm during January for tax collection. Saturday hours are dropped for the "Summer," starting Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Saturday hours resume in September through the end of the year."
