"Through an agreement with BL (dealership) and Nissan Europe, signed in 2013, Reykjavik Energy undertook the installation and operation of at least 10 fast-charging stations for electric cars. At the start electricity from the stations will be at no cost for everyone. Our Nature took over the agreement at the start of 2014. The project is intended to promote increase in the number of electric cars and increase people’s belief in them as an option. Sites for the stations were selected, taking into consideration that most electric car owners are in the capital area."
