The lookout is at the end of the Crookhaven Lighthouse Walk & is a wooden structure. You can see Mt. Coolangatta, Broughton Head, Seven Mile Beach, the Pacific Ocean & the reef beside the mouth of the river.
The walk is graded easy but there are two flights of step, some slippery & access to a wooden bridge is through a pile of boulders so watch your step.
I was there yesterday & noticed movement in the waters below which turned out to be a seal.
