The mural is 35' high and 140' long and depicts two life-size blue whales, a mother and her calf swimming side by side. In the upper left corner, dwarfed and almost unnoticed, is a hawksbill turtle, another endangered species. The mural was created in 2007 and dedicated on September 16, 2007.
