This 1965 benchmark is found in both the COSINE (provincial) and the CSRS (federal) databases. The post (on which the disk is set) is rising above the soil. The disk is damaged. Because of the nearby post to warn away plows, I suspect that this was open, agricultural land when the benchmark was placed here by the National Capital Commission (NCC).
