The existing church was built in 1954 under the
inspiring leadership of pastor construction of Benthem.
For the time being, this would, in view of lack of money,
a church without tower.
The Pastor was a church without a steeple but no church
and decided the local cooperative AI bulls
and sell these resources and gifts, received
in collection for his birthday, a tower on the church
build like.
The consecration of the church took place on May 6, 1954
by the then Archbishop Mgr. Alfrink.
