The windowless blue building looks like an inflatable building from a distance, some call it the blue sausage, when viewed from the barrage across the bay. At ground level as you get closer, the curved sides appear to be made from concrete. From the air & satellite it looks oblong with stripes, like a blue parcel wrapped in dark blue ribbon.
