NORTHEAST TO THE CROSSING OF PHELPS STREET, AND THE DELAWARE AND
HUDSON RAILROAD. AT A TWIN-PIPE CULVERT UNDER THE TRACKS, IN THE
CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE SOUTHEAST HEADWALL, 6 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE
SOUTHWEST END OF THE HEADWALL, 37.4 FEET NORTHEAST OF A
CROSSING-WARNING SIGN, 20.3 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF PHELPS
STREET, AND 13 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST RAIL OF THE SOUTHEAST
TRACK. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED C 138 1941."
