The monument consists of a bust of the princess and statues of a woman and a boy. The bust is a larger than life-size bronze portrayal of the princess. The bust rests atop a tall rectangular stone plinth. At the base of the plinth is a bronze life-size statue of a woman, who is nude from the waist up with a young, nude boy leaning against her.
