Kriegerdenkmal für die Gefallenen von 1870/71, für die Gefallenen des Ersten Weltkrieges und für die Gefallenen des Zweiten Weltkrieges. Es handelt sich um eine Feldsteinpyramide mit Inschrifttafel:
"Aus der Gemeinde Rysum gaben ihr Leben fürs Vaterland:
im Kriege 1870/71: - Namen der Gefallenen -
im I. Weltkrieg 1914/18 - Namen der Gefallenen -
im 2. Weltkrieg 1939/45 - Namen der Gefallenen
1952 noch vermißt - weitere Namen von Soldaten."
The memorial lists all the names of the city citizens who dies as soldiers in three wars: the 1870/71 war, WWI and WWII. There are also the soldiers mentioned who were still missing in 1952(!) when the monument was located there in the parc.
