39.61 Flood of record. September 2011. Over 90 percent of Owego was inundated.
36 Flooding inundates Route 17C and spreads over to the east side of Owego along E. Front Street and E. Main Street. The west side of Owego is inundated past Paige and Franklin Street.
35.9 This was the flood level of the June 2006 flood.
35 Widespread flooding occurs in Owego to the west of Route 96. Route 17C along 5th Avenue floods.
33 Major flood stage. Flood waters cut off McMaster Street around Elm and Temple Streets. Extensive basement to first floor flooding occurs along the south side of Front Street and 5th Avenue in Owego.
