St. Brigid's Chapel is located on top of the hill that bears the same name. It is of modest size; four walls house a rectangular space of 8 by 6 meters.
Its restoration was completed in 1998. The redevelopment of the processional way, which allows pilgrims from Easter Monday to go to attend the office celebrated every year in honor of "Scandinavian little saint", was performed by a Construction insertion 2004-2010.
Legend has it that Brigitte, wife of Prince Scandinavian ulff Gudmarson, entered into religion with her husband after giving him eight children. She was forced to ask the pope to exorcise his eldest son, who was leading a life of debauchery.
On the way back from Rome, and before going on pilgrimage to Saint Jacques de Compostela, she stopped in Naples with her cousin, Queen Jeanne, Countess of Provence.
His son died under mysterious circumstances and she hit the road, crossing only Provence to Saint-Jacques.
She died in 1373 and was canonized in 1391. The chapel thus honors its passage in the Provencal land.

La chapelle de Sainte-Brigitte est située au sommet de la colline qui porte le même nom. Elle est de dimensions modestes ; quatre murs abritent un espace rectangulaire de 8 mètres sur 6.
Sa restauration a été achevée en 1998. Le réaménagement du chemin processionnel, qui permet aux pèlerins du lundi de Pâques d'aller assister à l'office célébré chaque année en l'honneur de « la petite sainte scandinave », a été effectué par un chantier d'insertion de 2004 à 2010.
La légende veut que Brigitte, épouse du prince scandinave Ulff Gudmarson, entra en religion avec son époux après lui avoir donné huit enfants. Elle fut contrainte de demander au pape d'exorciser son fils aîné, qui menait une vie de débauche.
Sur le chemin de retour de Rome, et avant de se rendre en pélerinage à Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, elle s'arrêta à Naples auprès de sa cousine, la reine Jeanne, comtesse de Provence.
Son fils mourut dans d'étranges circonstances et elle repris la route, traversant seule la provence vers Saint-Jacques.
Elle mourut en 1373 et fut canonisée en 1391. La chapelle honore donc son passage en terre provençale.
