"Hollywood Cemetery (open summer 7-6:30, winter 7-5 daily), entrance SW. corner Cherry and Albemarle Sts., a 115-acre tract rising to a bluff overlooking the James, is cut by ravines and thickly set with fine trees." Virginia: a Guide to the Old Dominion, Oxford University Press, 1941 Today the cemetery has people still being buried here as well as many famous people including three presidents, two of which are of the United States. The one that is not of the US was the first and only president of the confederacy. You can drive throughout the entire cemetery.
