Taken from the Smithsonian Website, "Figure of a boy with his hands up in the air, looking down at a frog in front of him. The frog is spraying water up at the boy."

This sculpture is one of many, located in the Plaza District of Kansas City. It is right in front of a Starbucks and features a boy and a frog. The frog is spraying water at the boy, who seems to be enjoying it. Although this fountain is fairly small, it is listed in the Smithsonian national database. A small brass plaque is placed at the top of the fountain's ledge with the name and sculptor, including the date of installation.
