Located literally just west of Missouri and just south of Kansas, The Downstream Casino is the closest casino to Kanas and Missouri. The parking lot is in Kansas, the check in center is in Oklahoma, and the road in is in Missouri. Most travelers don't know that there were in three states in less than a minute.
