Not visible from the parking lot. It is #14 on Public Art Walk #2. Map on the Texas Tech University website. Keywords: Public Art Collection.
Free parking after 8 pm on weekdays and free on weekends. During university hours be careful where you park. Paid Visitor parking is available during the day.
